• By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept the features, limitations, and usage guidelines provided.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
2. Orders, Payments, and Refunds
• All sales are final unless the product is defective upon arrival. If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
• Payments are securely processed via our authorized payment gateway. PetQ.USA does not store your financial information.
• Unauthorized reselling or modification of our products voids any warranty or support.
3. AI-Driven Technology & Data Privacy
• PetQ.USA’s smart collars use Core-Q AI technology for pet tracking, safety alerts, and wireless charging.
• We prioritize data security and do not sell or share user information with third parties.
• Users agree to the responsible use of AI features and acknowledge that PetQ.USA is not liable for improper use or failure to follow instructions.
4. Warranty & Liability
• PetQ.USA products come with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
• We are not responsible for pet injuries, lost pets, or any damages resulting from misuse or negligence.
• PetQ.USA is not liable for service interruptions, AI tracking errors, or unforeseen technical issues beyond our control.
5. User Conduct & Restrictions
• Users must not tamper with, hack, or modify our products or software.
• Unauthorized duplication, resale, or distribution of our products and AI technology is strictly prohibited.
• Hate speech, abuse, or misuse of our services will result in account suspension.
6. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of Huntsville, Alabama, USA.
• Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Alabama courts.
Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We stand behind our AI-driven pet tech and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
• You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
• Opened or used smart collars & AI tech products unless defective.
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
• Custom or personalized items made specifically for your pet.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at support@petq.usa within 5 days of delivery. We will replace the item or offer a refund upon verification of the issue.
4. Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless due to a defect).
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or model? We offer exchanges for eligible products within 14 days of purchase. Contact us to initiate the exchange process.
