1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We stand behind our AI-driven pet tech and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
β’ You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.
β’ The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
β’ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
β’ Opened or used smart collars & AI tech products unless defective.
β’ Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
β’ Custom or personalized items made specifically for your pet.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at support@petq.usa within 5 days of delivery. We will replace the item or offer a refund upon verification of the issue.
4. Refund Process
